Pastry chef

Responsibilities Prepare pancakes, waffles and other pastry products according to Toastmie recipes and standards. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion and presentation. Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards. Manage daily production efficiently, document stock, and meet orders timeline. Requirements Minimum 1 years professional pastry or baking experience. Must reside around yaba and environs. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food hygiene. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency. Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast paced kitchen. Location: Yaba, Lagos. Age: 25-29 years Employment: Full time Practical assessment required.
