Chef

We are looking for a Chef-Steward—a respectful, loyal, and emotionally intelligent professional who can cook high-quality meals, maintain household cleanliness, and support day-to-day domestic flow. This is a live-out role for a home with one to two people, where consistency, trust, and calm energy are highly valued.

Key Qualities & Expectations:
    •    Preferably a Mature Woman (Age Range 35–55): Emotionally composed, warm-spirited, and able to maintain a respectful distance when needed. If male, must be exceptionally skilled, discreet, and emotionally intelligent.
    •    Professional Cooking: Must be able to prepare both intercontinental and local Nigerian meals at a high standard. Culinary school training or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
    •    Meal Planning & Juicing: Can create weekly menus, prep healthy options, and make fresh juices when requested.
    •    Housekeeping Duties: Responsible for general house cleaning, laundry (if requested), and maintaining overall household hygiene.
    •    Organization & Stock Management: Keeps track of pantry items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Must know how to organize groceries, restock proactively, and track what’s missing in the house.
    •    Food Shopping: Should be able to visit markets, supermarkets, or specialty stores like Christmas or Ebeano, and buy quality ingredients independently.
    •    Discretion & Emotional Intelligence: Must be professional, quiet-spirited, and respectful of privacy. This role is not for someone talkative or over-familiar.
    •    Works with All Genders: Should feel comfortable working in a household with any gender, maintaining consistent professionalism.
    •    Trustworthy & Loyal: Absolutely no tolerance for theft, gossip, or entitlement. Must treat the home with care, as if it were their own.
    •    Live-Out with Island Proximity: Must live near the Island (e.g., VI or Lekki) and be available daily, as this is a live-out role with no accommodation provided.
    •    Travel Flexibility (Preferred): It is a plus (but not required) if the person can travel occasionally with the family or assist when needed during trips.
