Farm Attendant

JOB TITLE Farm Attendant (Field Labor) ⸻ ROLE PURPOSE Carry out physical farm work exactly as instructed. Support the Farm Operations Lead. No independent decisions. ⸻ REPORTING Reports only to: Farm Operations Lead ⸻ CORE DUTIES 1. Field Labor • Weeding and grass cutting • Mulching and staking • Planting and harvesting support • Carrying inputs, tools, and harvests ⸻ 2. Cleaning & Order • Clean tools after use • Keep work areas tidy • Dispose of waste as instructed ⸻ 3. Assistance Tasks • Assist during: • irrigation (under supervision), • drying and basic processing (loading/unloading only), • packaging and storage movement. No task is done unless assigned. REQUIRED PROFILE • Physically fit and able to work outdoors daily • Can follow simple instructions without deviation • Punctual and reliable • Willing to repeat tasks without complaint • Honest and attentive Formal education is not required. ⸻ KPIs (Checked Weekly) • Attendance and punctuality • Task completion as instructed • Tool care and cleanliness • Compliance with instructions WORK CONDITIONS • Field-based work • Accomodation is available
