As someone who’s managed different salons and spa, my role is to oversee the daily operation of the salon and spa; ensuring an excellent customer service, managing staff attendance and schedules for a high quality service standards.
Worked as a Manager in two different Unisex Saloons and spa where I ensured there’s smooth and efficient service. And of course, coordinated appointments and ensured a great customer service experience at all times.
