Work with the Corporate HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy. • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team that provides overall company leadership and direction. • Establish HR metrics to drive the organization to become more effective and efficient. • Formulate policies on allocation of Admin resources for individuals and departments. • Analyze wages and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. • Managing the recruitment, onboarding and new hire orientation as well as conducting exit interviews. • Promote a high level of professional standards, positive interpersonal relations and utilize a neutral problem- solving approach in all situations. • Performance review and appraisal. • Possess the ability to make independent decisions and handle difficult workplace situations in a calm and discreet manner. • Assess compensation & benefits structure and make recommendations for standardization. • Build strong relationships with employees and management to help drive company strategy
