I was the associate HR in a logistics company. (TGL) where I worked at  supporting HR functions by assisting with recruitment, managing employee data and records, administering payroll, maintaining employee files, onboarding new hires, and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws, all while supporting departmental management to align HR strategies with logistics objectives and also to foster a positive work environment.
