Also, I will be able to evaluate loan application and manage risk. Also my skills as a project manager and human comes in, towards the aspect of understanding the financial principles. Which can be beneficial in loan management. My little experience in educating and managing teams has honed my communication skills, which are essential for working with clients, stakeholders and other financial professionals. Attention to details, which I believe resonate with both my skill as a project and an hr. And attention to details can serve well in reviewing loan applications, financial documents and ensuring compliance with regulations . Guide the students on materials to read for their growth and taking a decision towards the future. Appointed to manage the behaviour of the students during a concourse that took place. Created awareness on how important it is to set a goal and working towards achieving it.
