* I plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities. * Ensure production targets and deadlines are met. * Optimize resource use (raw materials, manpower, machinery). * Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks. * I ensure that paint products meet quality standards and customer specifications. * I work closely with the quality assurance (QA) team to test raw materials and final products. * I address and resolve quality and customers complaints or issues.
