Customer service: For customers that have issues or, during visitation, lay complaints, I call them to give them feedback on the issue and make sure they are satisfied with the situation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer challenge is resolved. Customer engagement: engage the customers either through forums or interactive sections. Submit letters to the organizations, set a date, come to engage our customers, and afterward provide a report to the business support.
