During my time as an IT technician, I tackled a range of responsibilities that built my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. I spent hours troubleshooting hardware issues, diagnosing network problems, and configuring devices to ensure smooth operation. Installing and maintaining software was a routine task, ensuring that systems remained up to date and secure. I also assisted in setting up and managing local networks, learning the ins and outs of connectivity and security. Beyond hands-on technical work, I documented solutions, created user guides, and provided support to others, helping them navigate technical challenges. Each duty reinforced my understanding and adaptability, preparing me for the dynamic world of IT.
