I have a flare for customer satisfaction so I go all out to see that my customers are satisfied with my services. I have good negotiation and communication skills which enable me convert leads to clients. I am proficient in Microsoft office suite like excel, word, PowerPoint.
As head of administration, I doubled as the front desk person and customer service representative. I was the first point of call for clients first time clients. I took enquires, complains, concerns, etc of clients both online and physically that helped closed deals and brought in sales. It was also responsible for sending out newsletters for new offers and other promotions to both new leads and old customers, followed up and brought in sales. I was also in charge of preparing property documents, procuring materials needed for the office, communicating with lawyers, surveyors and also helping with recruitment of realtors and staff.
