My life, My smart save, etc., to individuals and businesses, helping them achieve their goals and secure their futures. * I can identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored Prudential Zenith Life Insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. *I can drive sales growth, provide expert advice, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
* Maintain books and other financial records of the organization in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. * Reconcile bank statement. * Manage budget and invoicing. * Prepare monthly management reports to enable effective financial management. * VAT filling, and to liaise with FIRS and other statutory bodies on monthly, quarterly and yearly returns. * Process Payroll.
* Manage IMPREST.
* Type, scan, photocopy and send and respond to emails.
* Liaise with surveyors to prepare Offer letters, Quit notices, Receipts, Power of Attorney, Tenancy Agreement, Valuation reports and Property reports.
* Respond to clients enquires, Prepare minutes, Schedule meetings and book flight tickets.
