I graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2019 where I studied Agricultural science and education. I have worked as a customer service representative in an hospitality industry, where i put call across to guests to receive their orders and also place their orders. I also worked as a member of the marketing team department. With my experience as a customer service representative, I believe I will be able to contribute towards achieving the aims and objectives of the organisation.
I worked as a customer service representative and also as a marketing team member at Academy suites and resource limited. My duties were as follows:
Taking of guests orders through phone calls and emails and placing them at the right quarters.
Putting call across to both old and new customers to advertise the company's products and services and also ask for their reviews on our products
