EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS & WORK SCHEDULE AT THE ZAINAB.O Position: Fashion Home Staff Monthly Salary: ₦130000-150000 Work Hours: 08:30AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Break Time: 30 minutes daily GENERAL EXPECTATIONS 1. Punctuality & Attendance • Staff is required to resume work promptly by 08:30 AM and close at 6:00 PM daily. • A 30-minute break is allotted daily. • Regular attendance and punctuality are critical to workflow. • All lateness or absence must be communicated ahead of time and must be properly justified. 2. Dress Code & Appearance • Staff must appear neat, tidy, and fashionably appropriate as a representative of The Zainab.O brand. • Personal hygiene, clean work attire, and a professional appearance are expected at all times. 3. Work Attitude & Conduct • Maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative attitude at all times. • Uphold professionalism when interacting with team members, clients, and guests. • Accept constructive feedback with grace and strive for continuous improvement. • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and reliability in all assigned tasks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Cutting, sewing, ironing, and great finishings • Ensuring all workspaces, machines, and tools are kept clean and organized at the end of each day. • Assisting with client fittings and making necessary alterations under supervision. . Fabric sourcing and shopping • Completing production targets and adhering to quality control standards set by the Creative Director. • Supporting the team during peak periods, such as fashion shows, major deliveries, client consultations, or photoshoots. • Contributing to content creation, styling, or behind-the-scenes activities as needed. • Ensuring client confidentiality and protecting the creative integrity of designs and ideas. PERFORMANCE & REPLACEMENT POLICY • Consistent failure to meet job responsibilities, misconduct, or violation of workplace policies may lead to verbal warnings, written queries, suspension, or termination of employment. • Your employment status will be updated officially upon resumption and adherence to all outlined requirements.
