Job Title Social Media Executive Reports To: Creative Lead Mrs B Working Relationships: Clients Production Team (Beaders and Tailors) Manager Position Description: Handle all things content to ensure we have unique high quality media to publicise and aid the growth of our Social Media Accounts Key Responsibilities: 1) Research latest trends and create content to level up 2) Strategise and Ideate content for Social Media (i.e IG & Tik Tok) 3) Create Visual stories for each clients experience at MP (1 Min or less) 15 clients /month 4) Create unique and captivating videos to show finished outfits (30 secs or less) 5) Create reels for on the day styling for clients we dress up 6) Repurpose content for Tik Tok (must be different from what’s posted on IG) 7) Create educative videos, How to’s, tips/tricks etc. direction would be provided by Mrs B 8) Create BTS snippets in bulk to be posted on stories Create Fitting Snippets in a visually appealing way 9) Create Process Videos on how an outfit is made 10) Create off site snippets such as market trips and Out of office operations 11) Capture day to day operations for process videos/ story posts etc 12) Capture content during shoots; each outfit as well as shoot preview 13) Respond to comments on posts 14) Planning and scheduling Posts 15) Effective market campaigns Important Attributes: Extremely organized with a good sense of timing Ability to take corrections and make adjustments when negative feedback is received Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): S/n Key Performance Indicators 1 On the day styling reels finalized same day 2 Clients Visual story finalized with 48 hours of final video 3 Delivering content bank for calendar planning 2 weeks ahead of time 4 Delivery of edited content in line with a luxury aesthetic for the brand
