Job Summary We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to grow and manage our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This role involves planning, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content, as well as developing fresh ideas that align with our brand and drive audience growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities 📱 Content Creation & Execution Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram (Reels) and TikTok Create engaging, trend-driven, and original content tailored to our audience Handle end-to-end content production (idea → filming → editing → posting) Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging 💡 Content Strategy & Ideation Develop weekly and monthly content calendars Research trends, sounds, and challenges relevant to our niche Propose creative campaign ideas to increase reach and engagement 📊 Social Media Management Manage daily posting on Instagram and TikTok Write compelling captions and select appropriate hashtags Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions (if required) Track performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) Requirements Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts Strong video shooting and editing skills Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking KPIs (Performance Indicators) Growth in followers Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) Video views and reach Content consistency and posting frequency
