Sales Manager

Sales Maintain and deliver weekly performance reports and sales forecasts directly to the Business Analyst, detailing conversion rates & key client feedback (these sessions will be transcribed for Founder) Develop and execute distinct B2C & B2B lead generation strategies targeting individual emerging designers and established fashion small businesses, respectively. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales goals. Collaborate with other team members, such as business analyst and marketing manager, on substantive projects. Eg B2B project Maintain comprehensive and accurate logs of client interactions, usage patterns, and feedback for reporting to the Business Analyst. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports when business starts gaining regular sales. Ensure the CRM database is consistently updated as the source of truth for all sales activities and forecasts. Generate proposals and contracts for new B2B clients and manage the associated closing paperwork. Operational Support & Client Care: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to sales and general enquiries. Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Assists with setting up and organising sewing stations and workspaces to ensure a high standard of client readiness for the co-sewing space. Oversee essential administrative functions, including scheduling client tours, managing the space's general calendar, and managing simple sales-related paperwork (like invoices).
