Role Overview We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming client requests, handling enquiries, clearly explaining our service offerings, and converting prospects into satisfied clients. Key Responsibilities * Promptly attend to client enquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Understand client needs and provide tailored service recommendations. * Clearly communicate the value proposition of ArtisanOga’s services to both individual and corporate clients. * Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and close sales to meet assigned targets. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with clients using CRM tools. * Work closely with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. * Gather client feedback and report insights that can help improve service delivery. * Represent ArtisanOga professionally in all client interactions. Requirements * Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline. * 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role (experience in a startup or service-based company is a plus). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp, and other sales tools. * Passion for helping people and solving problems.
