Key Responsibilities For Male Clients: 1. Cut and sew formal 2-piece and 3-piece suits 2. Tailor formal shirts, trousers, and jackets (including monkey jackets) 3. Create cleanly finished, professional Senator Wear For Female Clients: 4. Tailor female corporate suits, including: • Blazer + Trouser (pantsuit) • Blazer + Skirt (skirtsuit) • Blazer + Corporate Gown • Corporate Gown (without blazer) • Suit-style structured gown (one-piece gown cut like a blazer) • Blouse + Skirt (formal) • Blouse + Trouser (formal) • Corporate Jumpsuits General Duties: • Take accurate body measurements (male & female) • Cut and sew outfits from scratch (not ready-made or adjusted) • Deliver sharp finishing, lining, darts, shoulder structure, and fitting Must have at least basic knowledge of fashion illustration (can interpret sketches, visualize structure, and translate ideas into form). • Will collaborate on style development, sketch-to-cloth execution, and creative problem-solving. Must be open to learning new design methods, adapting to new patterns, and staying current with evolving fashion trends. Should be willing to assist or teach interns or junior tailors in future growth phases. • Interpret sketches or style references for execution • Collaborate on fabric suggestions, styles, and brand tone • Support content creation where needed (styling for photoshoots) • Complete all assigned work within 7 working days • Maintain orderliness, professionalism, and communication Must uphold confidentiality of designs, concepts, client info, and internal processes. • Must not replicate or sell the brand’s original designs externally without written consent. • Must demonstrate loyalty and willingness to grow with the brand over time. Must adhere to agreed-upon deadlines. • Should maintain daily or weekly work updates (verbal or written). • Must notify supervisor promptly if issues arise that could affect delivery.
