Production Manager

Job description: * Plan and manage garment production from start to finish. * Supervise tailors, cutters, pattern makers, beaders, and finishing staff. * Create production schedules and deadlines. * Ensure quality control at every stage. * Monitor fabric and accessory usage to reduce waste. * Coordinate fittings and alterations. * Manage staff productivity and workflow. * Ensure customer orders are delivered on time. * Report production progress to the business owner.
