Production Manager

Oversee the entire garment production process from concept to final product. Draft patterns accurately based on design sketches and specifications. Supervise tailors, cutters, and other production staff to ensure quality workmanship. Translate design ideas into production-ready patterns and samples. Ensure all garments meet the brand’s quality and finishing standards. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines. Source and manage fabrics, trims, and production materials when required. Conduct quality control checks at every stage of production. Identify production challenges early and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate production records and inventory of materials. Ensure proper fitting, adjustments, and pattern corrections where necessary. Train and guide junior tailors or pattern assistants when needed.
