PRODUCTION MANAGER Roles and Responsibilities 1.      Interphase with the other staff members on the team and the CD 2.      Direct and give “work” to beaders and tailors, make sure the style and all resources needed for execution is made available to the beaders and tailors 3.      Be present during all consultation. Physical and online 4.      Liaise with store manager, office assistant in carrying out daily activities 5.      Daily video recording of jobs being done by tailors, beaders 6.      Assist in finishing of outfits, veils etc 7.      Monitoring of “work” being done by members of staff 8.      Ensure client list is updated daily, tailor and beader list is updated weekly 9.      Ensuring quality control on dresses ready for delivery 10.    Be present at every fittings, ensure adjustment during fittings are done IMMEDIATELY. 11.    Be available for Bridal styling 12.    Must carry out any other duty and must give necessary support in any responsibility given by the CD or any Supervisor 13.    Always look presentable. Sandals or covered shoes, hair neatly done, dress well 14.    Grace of 10am on Mondays 15. Other responsibilities can be given based on the discretion of the CD
