Production Manager

Role Summary: We are a growing fashion business seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of garment production. The role covers fabric sourcing, managing tailoring/production team, ensuring quality standards, and supporting collection development. The goal is to scale production smoothly as we grow revenue and customer base. Responsibilities: Manage production from sampling to final garment delivery. Supervise and coordinate tailors for timely, high-quality work. Source for experienced team members (tailors, beaders, embroiderers etc) for the actualization of designs specifications Source fabrics and accessories at the right cost and quality. Conduct quality checks at every stage of production. Work with the creative team to translate designs into finished pieces. Monitor production costs and timelines to improve efficiency. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and artisans. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing. Strong knowledge of fabrics, sewing, and finishing. Good negotiation and vendor management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Strong communication and leadership skills. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Garment Production, Industrial Management, or a related field. OR equivalent hands-on experience in fashion production/garment manufacturing.
