Production Manager

Responsibilities 1. Supervise and coordinate tailors and stylists 2. Ensure timely production and quality control of all outfits 3. Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure target timelines are met 4. Ensure all garments meet Truly Asake brand standards 5. Report directly to Creative Director Requirement 1. Must be disciplined, organized, and excellent at time management 2. Should have strong leadership skills and be solution-oriented 3. Must be respectful, professional, and aligned with the brand’s culture 4. Preferably female (but open to highly qualified males) 5. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with tailors and stylists 6. Should understand quality finishing and luxury-level presentation
