Poultry Farm Supervisor

* Supervise daily poultry farm operations and farm attendants. * Monitor bird health, welfare, and mortality, reporting any issues promptly. * Ensure feeding, watering, vaccination, medication, and biosecurity schedules are followed. * Monitor egg production, egg quality, and feed consumption, ensuring daily records are accurate. * Train, supervise, and motivate farm staff to maintain high performance. * Ensure poultry houses, equipment, and the farm environment are kept clean and well maintained. * Monitor inventory of feed, medication, vaccines, and farm supplies, reporting shortages. * Coordinate with veterinarians and management on disease prevention and treatment. * Ensure compliance with farm SOPs, health and safety, and animal welfare standards. * Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and communicate issues or recommendations to management.
