Personal assistant

JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to Influencer & Fashion Brand CEO Location: Ikate/Elegushi, Lekki ROLE OVERVIEW This is a hybrid role supporting both an influencer and a fashion brand CEO. The position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage daily operations, coordinate content, and maintain structure across both personal brand and business activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage daily schedule, appointments, running errands and reminders - Assist with content creation (filming, organizing, posting, scheduling) - Coordinate outfits, styling, and shoot preparation - Maintain content calendar and ensure consistency across platforms - Handle DMs, emails, and basic communications when required - Organize files, brand assets, and workflow systems - Assist with brand operations (production updates, team coordination, errands) - Support on shoot days, meetings, and general day-to-day activities REQUIREMENTS - Strong interest in fashion, content creation, and influencer culture - Highly organized with strong time management - Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential matters - Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of content editing apps (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.) - Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok posting systems IDEAL CANDIDATE - Proactive, not waiting for instructions - Detail oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics - Comfortable being hands-on (both admin and creative tasks) - Available for occasional flexible hours when needed
