The ideal candidate must be able to translate sketches and design concepts into accurate production patterns. Key Responsibilities: • Develop precise patterns and handle fabric cutting for a team of 3–4 tailors • Ensure tailors correctly interpret and execute pattern specifications Perform pattern manipulation, grading and marker making for production purposes
