Job Description As an In-House Tailor/Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments for our ready-to-wear collection and custom orders. You should be skilled in corset construction, and various finishing techniques. A strong eye for detail, creativity, and precision is essential. Key Responsibilities: Interpret sketches or design briefs into patterns and finished garments Create, cut, and sew ready-to-wear pieces and corsetry with precision Collaborate with the creative director on new collections Handle fittings and make necessary alterations Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle fabrics with care Ensure timely delivery of assigned sewing tasks Suggest design improvements when necessary Requirements: Proficiency in corset making and garment construction Strong finishing and detailing techniques Ability to work with minimal supervision Passionate about fashion and craftsmanship Reliability and time management skills
