We are seeking a proactive, smart and intelligent Front desk/ Admin Job description: Manage office supplies, stock and place orders *Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets *Maintain and update company databases *Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents *Answer queries by employees and clients *Update office policies as needed *Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments *Book meeting rooms as required *Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) *Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned *Arrange travel and accommodations *Schedule in-house and external events *Ensure Online Presence *Send commercial Proposals to potential clients *Request feedback from existing clients *Create graphics and content for all social media platforms *Generate online leads and follow up with proposals *Create social media program to enhance search engine traffic. *Double Social media fan base within the first quarter of resumption. *Produce an annual marketing plan for company and demonstrate potential ROI. *Launch web service platform that synchronize content across the web for better SEO. *Assess and revamp social media marketing strategies to optimize ROI and increase revenue growth. *Candidate must be proficient in excel and Microsoft word. Any qualification is okay. * Applicants must live in location not far from Lekki Salary is N150,000 - N170,000 NET
