Fashion Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Fashion Manager Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the cutting, sewing, fitting, finishing, and delivery of garments. Staff Supervision: Manage tailors, fashion designers, cutters, apprentices, and other workshop staff, ensuring that tasks are properly assigned and completed. Quality Control: Inspect finished garments to ensure proper measurements, neat stitching, good finishing, and compliance with customer specifications. Customer Relations: Attend to customers, understand their fashion needs, take or coordinate body measurements, and resolve complaints professionally. Order Management: Maintain records of customer orders, deadlines, fittings, alterations, and garment collections. Inventory Management: Monitor fabrics, threads, buttons, zips, linings, and other tailoring materials to prevent shortages and waste. Time Management: Establish production schedules and ensure orders are completed and delivered within agreed timelines
