Customer Experience & Operations Officer

Position: Customer Experience & Operations Officer Responsibilities • Manage customer DMs, enquiries, orders and complaints. • Process and track customer orders. • Pack and coordinate dispatch of orders. • Maintain accurate sales and expense records using Microsoft Excel. • Prepare basic documents using Microsoft Word. • Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports. • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer mailing lists. • Follow up on pending orders, payments and deliveries. • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the business Requirements • Minimum of a BSc. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Good knowledge of social media advertisement, particularly Instagram and TikTok. • Basic knowledge of email marketing and email marketing platforms. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently. • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail or fashion is an advantage.
