* Female (due to shared accommodation arrangements) * Between 22–30years old * Well-spoken and professional * Excellent at customer service and communication * Confident using WhatsApp Business, email, and Microsoft Excel * Highly organized and able to multitask * Honest, proactive, and willing to learn * Able to work well with an operations team The role involves: * Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls * Taking customer orders * Coordinating with the operations team to prepare and pack orders * Liaising with dispatch riders for deliveries * Handing completed orders to the admin team for invoicing * Following up with customers Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales support is preferred.
