Creative Director

Job Title: Creative Assistant Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Summary We are a luxury couture fashion brand specializing in high-end, handcrafted beaded outfits, including bridal corsets, wedding dresses, and bespoke ceremonial pieces. We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Creative Assistant to take full ownership of our factory and production operations. The Creative Assistant will act as the CEO’s direct representative within the studio and factory, overseeing all creative and production activities. This role is critical, as the CEO will no longer be involved in day-to-day factory operations. The successful candidate will manage the entire production process, ensure quality control, coordinate artisans, and maintain the brand’s luxury standards from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Factory Management Oversee all factory operations, including beaders, tailors, pattern makers, finishers, and other artisans. Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders. Supervise workflow from design interpretation to final garment finishing. Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize waste. 2. Creative & Design Execution Interpret the brand’s creative direction and ensure accurate execution of designs. Supervise embellishment processes, especially hand-beading and intricate detailing. Ensure designs maintain the brand’s luxury, cultural, and aesthetic standards. Provide creative input where necessary while staying aligned with brand identity. 3. Quality Control Inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure high-quality finishing. Ensure all outfits meet luxury standards in fit, detailing, and durability. Approve finished pieces before delivery to clients or retailers. 4. Team Supervision & Leadership Manage and coordinate factory staff and artisans. Assign tasks and monitor individual and team performance. Train and guide staff to improve craftsmanship and consistency. Enforce discipline, professionalism, and adherence to studio rules. 5. Operations & Reporting Serve as the primary point of contact between the factory and the CEO. Provide regular updates on production progress, challenges, and timelines. Identify operational issues and proactively propose solutions. Ensure confidentiality of designs, clients, and company processes. 6. Inventory & Resource Management Monitor fabrics, embellishments, tools, and accessories. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials. Alert management when supplies are low and assist in procurement planning. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in fashion production, studio management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of luxury fashion production, especially bridal and beaded garments. Ability to manage artisans such as beaders, Pattern drafter, tailors, and finishers. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Strong eye for detail and quality control. Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for factory operations. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Background in Fashion Design, Creative Arts, or Fashion Management. Experience working with luxury or bespoke fashion brands. Knowledge of traditional and contemporary embellishment techniques.
