Creative Assistant

Lead the creative direction and brand identity of the company. Develop and oversee menswear collections, ensuring commercial viability and premium quality. Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed correctly and efficiently. Approve fabrics, trims, fits, finishing, and product specifications. Direct all creative content, campaigns, photoshoots, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency across products, retail displays, packaging, and digital platforms. Research trends and introduce innovative ideas that strengthen the brand's market position. Key Requirements Strong understanding of menswear, tailoring, garment construction, and production processes. Minimum of 3 years' experience in menswear design, fashion production, or creative leadership. Ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful products. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience working with production teams and managing creative projects.
