Creative assistant

We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support the design and production team in our tailoring house. The ideal candidate will assist with fashion design development, client consultations, fabric selection, content creation, and day-to-day creative operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality bespoke garments and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and refining clothing designs and style concepts. Support the tailoring team with measurements, fittings, and client consultations. Source fabrics, trims, and other materials required for garment production. Prepare design sketches, mood boards, and presentation materials. Monitor fashion trends and provide creative input for new collections. Coordinate photoshoots and assist with social media content creation. Maintain accurate records of client orders, measurements, and design specifications. Ensure the showroom, design area, and sample displays are well organized. Assist in quality control by reviewing finished garments before delivery. Collaborate with tailors and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
