The ideal candidate must be capable of producing high-quality bridal outfits with minimal supervision and maintaining excellent workmanship standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience in cutting, sewing, and finishing bridal gowns and other bridal outfits. Ability to work independently and manage daily tailoring operations effectively. Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to meet deadlines and handle customer orders efficiently. Good communication and organizational skills. Additional Advantage: Ability to draft patterns and perform fabric illumination/embellishment work is an added advantage. As the business owner is often unavailable due to professional commitments, the successful candidate must be trustworthy, dependable, and capable of ensuring smooth business operations in the owner's absence.
