Brand Operations Coordinator

We are a growing creative business developing design-led brands and products across fashion, accessories and lifestyle. Its current brand, ModaBellaByFey, creates contemporary products influenced by African craft, culture and materials, with a focus on thoughtful design, quality and functionality. Role Purpose The Brand Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of our brands, helping to keep projects, suppliers, logistics, digital platforms and other business activities organised and moving forward. Key Responsibilities  Maintain production, project and launch trackers.  Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding actions.  Manage logistics, deliveries and shipments.  Maintain supplier, shipment and operational records.  Carry out routine website and e-commerce updates.  Schedule and publish approved social media content.  Respond to routine customer enquiries.  Maintain content and operational calendars.  Prepare updates, reports and summaries as required.  Coordinate with approved suppliers, service providers and external partners.  Flag delays, issues and matters requiring the Founder’s attention.  Provide general operational and administrative support across the company and its brands. Brand Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience  Strong organisational and time-management skills.  Good written and verbal communication.  Strong attention to detail.  Comfortable using spreadsheets, online tools and project trackers.  Good working knowledge of social media platforms.  Comfortable with basic website and e-commerce administration.  Able to work independently and use initiative.  Previous experience in operations, business support, logistics, e-commerce or project coordination is desirable.  An interest in fashion, design, creativity, African craft or lifestyle brands is desirable. Working Arrangement The role operates on a flexible working basis, with a mix of remote and in-person work depending on business needs. The contractor will manage their own time while meeting agreed deadlines and deliverables and is expected to remain reasonably responsive throughout the working week. In-person attendance may be required for operational activities, meetings, logistics, collections, product-related activities or other business needs. Occasional weekend availability may also be required. The contractor’s retainer will be subject to a formal review after two years of continuous engagement, taking into account the scope of the role, performance and the needs of the business.
