Beader

•Hand-stitch beads, sequins, pearls, rhinestones, and other decorative elements onto fabric according to client specifications. • Follow design patterns, stencils, or direct instructions from the creative director, assistant designer, or lead tailor. • Ensure all beads are tightly and securely fastened so they withstand wear, dry-cleaning, or handling. • Select matching thread, needles, and bead colors/sizes, while tracking supplies and flagging when stocks run low. • Fix loose threads or damaged beadwork on existing or returning garments. • Work closely with tailors, pattern makers, and production managers to meet delivery deadlines.
